Michael Brister joined European Wax Center as Senior Vice President of Marketing in August 2024. Prior to joining the Company, Michael served as Chief Marketing Officer of Body Details from 2023 to 2024, as SVP of Consumer & Brand Marketing at Ideal Image from 2019 to 2023, and in CRM leadership roles at both Shopbop (an Amazon company) and Michael Kors from 2011 to 2019. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature with minors in Biology & Creative Writing from George Washington University and a Master of Science in Information & Digital Resource Management from Columbia University.
