Pamela Turner
Vice President – Technology, PMO and Chief of Staff
Pam Turner has served as Vice President of Retail Technology, PMO, Product Management & Chief of Staff since 2024 and in several leadership positions in Project and Product Management since 2022. She previously served as Senior PMO Director from 2019 to 2021. Prior to rejoining the Company in 2022, Pam served as Practice Director - Customer Onboarding for Zenoti. Before joining European Wax Center in 2019, she held roles in Program and Project Management for Johnson Controls, ABB Optical Group, and VendorNet, an eBay Enterprise company. Ms. Turner holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Florida State University.
